✅ Check Out Our Current Class Times
For kids new to the sport, make sure you choose a beginner class. Adults are welcome to our all-levels class, however, if it’s your first time on the mats we highly recommend a beginner-class if it works with your schedule. If you’re unsure which class is best, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help!
WHAT TO BRING & WEAR
If you have your own training gear, bring it with you! If not, we offer Gi rentals for $10 and can help you borrow what you need for your first class.
What to Wear
- For Gi classes: A BJJ Gi (uniform) if you have one. If not, we’ve got you covered.
- For No-Gi classes: Athletic wear with no zippers, buttons, or loose fabric. Rashguards and fitted shorts/leggings are ideal.
- All classes: Bring water and a mouthguard (optional but highly recommended).
